Stacking Ring Workshop Terms & Conditions

Health + Safety

• No loose sleeves or clothing, wear something that you don't mind getting dirty, or bring an apron.
• Wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied up.
• Bring your eyeglasses, if you need to see up close.
• Children aged 12+ can attend but must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian doing the workshop. Ages 16+ can do the workshop without adult supervision. 
• Workshop attendees must follow the health and safety guidelines as well as safety instructions from the tutors at all times. Ultimately workshop attendees are responsible for their own health and safety and accompanied children are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. 

Terms and conditions:

• Each workshop needs a minimum number to go ahead (4/5 depending on location). If the minimum number isn't met, the workshop will be cancelled and tickets can be rebooked for another date or partially refunded.
• if you can no longer make it, cannot rebook for another date, and the payment was processed through TCA, I can give an 85% refund of the ticket cost ($110.5) if you provide at least 1 weeks' notice of your cancellation. This is due to external fees such as rental of the space and payment provider fees which I cannot recoup should you cancel.
  • At least 3 days' notice will be a 50% refund of the ticket cost ($65)
  • Lastly, if you cancel with less than 3 days' notice, there will be no refund given.
